- Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- Identification of the Removed Material: Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., specific URLs).
- Sworn Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
- Contact Information of the Subscriber: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Apk Mod Kapi Cam may be found].
- Consent to Service of Process: A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content in 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user.
